What is the best way to buy a domain name and who should one use? I’ve been told Yahoo for .com, but how do I know??

I use 1and1, http://www.1and1.com, as my webhosting service. It is extremely affordable and user friendly. I just set up my site with them in early December and it has worked well. Their customer service is also fabulous. Good luck!
